Summary: fbmax is a desktop application that runs entirely on the user's own computer. We operate no server and no cloud service. Data moves directly between the user's computer and Meta's Graph API; it never passes through us. We cannot access, and never receive, any user data.
Hili Media ("we", "our") provides fbmax, a desktop application for Microsoft Windows used to publish and manage content on Facebook Pages that the operator of the software administers, and to read performance statistics for those Pages.
fbmax is not a public service and not a hosted platform. It is installed and run by the operator on their own computer, under their own Facebook account, against Facebook Pages they already administer. There is no sign-up, no user account with us, and no server operated by us.
When the operator authorises the app through Facebook Login, the app receives the following from Meta and stores it locally on the operator's computer:

The permissions requested are pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, business_management and read_insights. Each is used only for the purpose stated above.
All data is stored in a single database file (fbmax.db) on the operator's own computer. Nothing is uploaded to us, and no copy is kept anywhere else.

The only external party the app communicates with is Meta Platforms, through the official Facebook Graph API, in order to carry out the actions the operator asks for. That communication is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade data. We do not use data for advertising or profiling.
Data remains on the operator's computer until the operator deletes it. We hold no copy and therefore have no retention period of our own. Deletion is entirely within the operator's control and is described on our Data Deletion page.
Because all data is held locally by the operator, the operator has direct and complete control over it at all times. This includes the right to access, correct, export, restrict, and erase the data, and to withdraw authorisation.
Authorisation can be withdrawn at any time from Facebook itself, at Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing the app there immediately invalidates every token it was issued, including Page access tokens.
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation or comparable law applies, the lawful basis for processing is the operator's consent, given through Facebook Login, and the legitimate interest of administering Pages the operator already controls.

fbmax is a professional tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18. It does not knowingly process data relating to children.
If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date above will change. Because the application stores no personal data with us, we have no means of notifying users individually; the current version is always published at this address.

Có thể rút quyền bất cứ lúc nào ngay tại Facebook: Cài đặt → Ứng dụng và trang web. Gỡ ứng dụng ở đó sẽ vô hiệu hoá ngay lập tức mọi mã truy cập đã cấp, kể cả mã truy cập của từng Trang.
